Dr. chad parvus

​Dr. Chad Parvus-Teichmann is an anesthesiology resident at Jackson Memorial Hospital & University of Miami.  He earned a B.A. in Journalism with a minor in Biology from the Pennsylvania State University and went on to pursue a career in television production in Philadelphia and, later, in New York.  While he enjoyed the world of production, Dr. Parvus-Teichmann was drawn back to the study of the sciences, returning to school for a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Florida International University, graduating summa cum laude and earning the Award for Academic Excellence from the FIU College of Arts & Sciences. He went on to earn his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and, having found a home in South Florida, remain for an internship in internal medicine and his current residency within the department of anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
